Burke-Gilman p-patch winterizing survey 11-18-18

I looked at all the plots today and took brief notes about all, plus pictures of those that looked like winterization had not happened.

First, here's a photo of the garden plot map:

A number of plots were winterized and/or had winter crops growing:
2723, 2724 - weeded, some cover crop sprouting
2710 - some in active production still, the rest winterized
2702 - winterized
2712a, 2713a - winterized
2714 - winter crops, some winterization
2706 - weeded, seeded
2708 - some winter crops, weeded/seeded for the rest
2709 - some winter crops, plant material to compost laid over the rest
2713b - winterized
2716-2718 - winterized plus some winter crops
2715 (me) - mostly winter crops, some areas weeded/seeded

2719 - mostly weeded and I think seeded, but a little hard to tell:

2720 and 2721 I am pretty sure are mostly weeds with a few winter vegetables struggling through; I am not sure if they have been tended in some time.

Here's a closeup of what's covering most of the ground in those 2 plots.  I am pretty sure it's a weed, but maybe you will recognize it as some official ground cover, in which case both plots are fine:
2722 - has lots of mustard greens growing, and weeds.  I don't know if that counts or not:
2701 - not winterized, I think, though the back part was moderately weeded and the strawberries are fine:
2711a - tomatoes, etc. there, no winterization:
2703 - a couple of dahlias growing but weedy, not winterized:
2704 - weeds, not winterized:

2705 - tomatoes, not winterized:

2712b - tomatoes in back, not winterized:
2711b - weeds; this plot has not been gardened all year:
